Thierry KELLNER
Chinese foreign policy
Thierry Kellner is Doctor in International Relations at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. He is Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) where he teaches Chinese foreign policy. He is associated with several ULB research centres (REPI, EASt, OMAM, CECID, IEE) and the Group for Research and Information on Peace and Security (GRIP, Brussels). Thierry Kellner wrote numerous studies on the Chinese foreign policy, Xinjiang/ East Turkestan, energy issues, Iran’s Asian policy and Central Asia.
